Job Summary
We’re hiring a Basement Crew Member to assist with basement installation projects. This is an entry-level position supporting the installation team with prep, setup, and finishing tasks. No prior experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Assist with basement installation tasks, including material handling and site preparation.
- Help with job-site setup and cleanup, ensuring a safe and organized work area.
- Safely use basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Apply sealants and insulation as directed for proper fit and finish.
- Lift and move heavy materials safely; assist with loading/unloading.
- Yard organization and clean up
- Follow OSHA and company safety policies and wear PPE at all times.
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—but would prefer some construction experience- training provided.
- Able to lift 75 lbs and work on ladders.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Positive attitude and reliability.
- Commitment to a drug-free workplace.
- Ability to work in varying outdoor conditions throughout the year

Schedule & Location
- Full-time; typical 10-hour shifts
- Monday–Friday; occasional weekends
- Work within a 50-mile radius of Idaho Falls, ID
