Job Details
- Title: LPN Psych
- Location: Warm springs, MT 59756
- Shift: Day shift
- Schedule: 3x12 Hours
- Contract: 13 weeks with possible extension
- Weekly Gross for Traveler's: $1950/weekly
- Local Pay Rate: $48/Hr on W2
Skills
- Provide direct patient care in inpatient or residential healthcare settings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by licensed providers
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient behavior, and clinical changes
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including hygiene, mobility, and comfort
- Support individualized care plans and treatment goals
- Communicate clinical observations to RNs and physicians
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic or paper records
- Follow safety, privacy (HIPAA), and infection control protocols
- Participate in shift reports, handoffs, and care team meetings
- Respond appropriately to patient needs and emergencies
Requirements
- Active LPN license
- BLS from AHA
