We are currently seeking an experienced Production TIG Welder to join our team.
Position Overview:
This role focuses on high-quality, repeatable TIG welding of precision sheet metal components. The ideal candidate excels at consistent, clean welds and can maintain productivity without sacrificing accuracy.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform production TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum sheet metal components
- Read and follow blueprints, weld symbols, and job travelers
- Set up workpieces, fixtures, and equipment to ensure consistent results
- Maintain tight tolerances and high visual quality on repeat production parts
- Perform basic grinding, deburring, and finishing as required
- Inspect welds using calipers, gauges, and visual standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work area while meeting daily production targets
Requirements:
- 2+ years TIG welding experience in a production or precision sheet metal environment
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and weld callouts
- Strong focus on consistency, cleanliness, and repeatable quality
- Experience working with stainless steel and aluminum
- Ability to work independently, follow production schedules, and hit daily output goals
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship
Compensation commensurate with experience.
