Full‑Time Mon–Sat 40 Hours/Week (Saturday Required)
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Hourly: $20-25/hr. (DOE) + Plus Commission

We are seeking a professional, skilled Licensed Medical Aesthetician experienced in HydraFacial Elite MD, IV insertion, microneedling, and microdermabrasion who is comfortable educating clients on skincare products and recommending customized treatment plans, to join our growing team.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Advanced Clinical Esthetic Services
- HydraFacial Elite MD (Signature, Deluxe, Platinum, boosters, lymphatic drainage, LED)
- IV catheter insertion + IV hydration therapy (under medical oversight)
- Microneedling
- Microdermabrasion
- Dermaplaning
- Chemical peels
- Custom facials
- LED therapy
- Acne + PIH‑focused protocols
Client Consultation & Treatment Planning
- Conduct skin assessments
- Recommend treatments + skincare regimens
- Educate clients on product benefits and post‑care
- Maintain detailed documentation in EMR
Clinical Documentation & Compliance
- Complete consents, treatment notes, and photos
- Follow HIPAA, OSHA, and sanitation standards
- Maintain sterile technique for IV therapy and microneedling
- Triage client concerns under physician guidance
Sales, Memberships & Client Retention
- Promote memberships, packages, and retail
- Maintain strong rebooking and retention rates
- Participate in promotional activities
- Deliver exceptional five-star client experiences.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.Social Media & Brand Engagement
- Capture before/after photos
- Participate in IG, TikTok, and FB content
- Support brand visibility through educational posts
- Maintain outstanding online reputation.
Operational & Team Support
- Maintain treatment room cleanliness
- Assist with phones, scheduling, and greeting clients
- Support clinical workflow
- Participate in ongoing training
QUALIFICATIONS
- Required
- Active Texas Esthetician License
- 2+ years of medical spa experience
- HydraFacial experience
- Chemical peels
- Dermaplaning
- Excellent customer service
- Preferred
- IV therapy
- Microneedling
- Microdermabrasion
- Acne/PIH protocols
- Social media content creation
SCHEDULE
- Full‑Time: Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 6 PM
- One weekday off (40‑hour schedule)
- Saturday availability required
