Altro Paradiso is seeking a Full-Time Line Cook.
From globally acclaimed chef Ignacio Mattos, Altro Paradiso is a recently Michelin-recommended Italian restaurant in the heart of SoHo and a staple of New York City dining. Since opening in 2016, it has built a loyal following of neighborhood regulars and returning travelers alike, offering regionally inspired Italian cooking in a vibrant, light-filled space.
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is responsible for executing dishes with precision, maintaining organization at the station, and supporting a smooth and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and execute menu items according to company recipes and standards.

Maintain organized and well-stocked stations with proper mise en place before and during service.

Ensure all food is prepared, plated, and delivered with consistency and attention to detail.

Communicate clearly with chefs and team members to support a smooth service.

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety in the kitchen.

Comply with all Department of Health standards and food handling regulations.
