We’re looking for a dependable Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by developing new business and expanding relationships with existing customers across an assigned territory. This role focuses on delivering solution-based sales within construction, industrial, municipal, and event markets while maintaining a strong, visible presence in the field.

What You’ll Do

Manage and expand an assigned sales territory

Strengthen market presence through regular site visits and proactive customer engagement

Generate and develop new business opportunities

Identify target companies and build a qualified pipeline using available tools and resources

Research and qualify prospective customers

Understand organizational structure, decision-makers, and operational needs before engagement

Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations

Identify customer challenges and align Porta Kleen services to provide effective solutions

Prepare detailed proposals and pricing quotes

Deliver accurate, timely, and policy-aligned solutions that meet customer expectations
-
Negotiate contracts and close sales
-
Address objections, finalize terms, and secure agreements while protecting company margins
-
Maintain CRM data and report performance
-
Track all sales activity, pipeline progress, and customer interactions with accuracy and consistency
What You’ll Need
-
Minimum 2 years of outside B2B sales experience with demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred

Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel locally and spend significant time in the field

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms for tracking, reporting, and communication

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays; capable of extended driving, frequent standing/walking during site visits, and working in outdoor or industrial environments with exposure to varying weather conditions
