Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full-Time/Part-Time All Shifts

We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time CNAs with shift differential for PM (2nd) Shift and NOC (3rd) Shift. New CNAs are encouraged to apply!
Current Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 6:15 AM- 2:15 PM
- 2nd Shift 2:15 PM – 10:15 PM (+$2.00 differential)
- NOC Shift: 10:15 PM – 6:15 AM (+$2.00 differential)
As a CNA at Avina, You Will:
- Provide hands-on care under nurse supervision.
- Assist residents with daily needs including bathing, dressing, eating, oral hygiene, and mobility.
- Monitor and report changes in health or behavior.
- Respond quickly and compassionately to call lights.
- Support residents’ dignity, comfort, and emotional well-being.
- Accurately document cares provided.
- Contribute to a positive and team-focused environment.
What You’ll Need:
- Current CNA Certification (Wisconsin, in good standing)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Strong teamwork, communication, and resident-centered care skills
- Compassion, attention to detail, and a true desire to help others
