Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our Warehouse and Logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operational processes , including logistics, data entry, and specialized projects, to drive productivity and quality.
You will lead a dedicated team of professionals focused on delivering excellence in information management and logistical precision.
What You’ll Do:
In this role, you will:
- Lead and Develop Talent: Manage the full employee lifecycle by recruiting, training, and coaching team members, while overseeing administrative essentials such as payroll processing and performance reviews to ensure a high-performing workforce.
- Optimize Operational Performance: Monitor workflows and analyze Key Performance Indicators to identify areas for improvement, implementing strategic corrective actions that enhance overall department efficiency.
- Maintain Operational Excellence: Ensure all daily activities strictly comply with organizational standards, safety regulations, and internal policies to provide a secure and reliable service environment
What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory role, specifically within warehouse management or logistics environments.
- Strong technical expertise in operational forecasting and data analysis to drive informed decision-making.
- Proven leadership abilities with a focus on task management, time management, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Local Residency: Ability to work on-site daily at our facility, as this role is not eligible for remote work.
