We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and versatile Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to join our team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and is willing to assist wherever needed. The ideal candidate will be responsible for warehouse operations, inventory management, and local deliveries using a company vehicle. Basic computer skills are required to assist with inventory tracking and daily scheduling.
Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
- Verify incoming products for accuracy, quantity, and quality.
- Organize, label, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles using safe lifting techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist with routine inventory counts and stock organization.
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged products to management.
Inventory & Administrative Tasks
- Update inventory records and daily schedules using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Assist with inventory tracking and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Verify order information and ensure accuracy before shipment or delivery.
- Perform basic computer-based warehouse and inventory tasks.
Delivery Responsibilities
- Deliver customer orders using a company vehicle in a safe, professional, and timely manner.
- Load and secure deliveries to prevent damage during transport.
- Communicate courteously with customers during deliveries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and general care of the company vehicle.
- Follow all traffic laws and company driving policies.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to safely lift and move heavy boxes throughout the workday.
- Familiarity with OSHA warehouse safety practices is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with changing daily responsibilities.
