Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service to enhance their dining experience
- Prepare food items efficiently following safety and sanitation standards, including handling ingredients with care
- Operate POS systems
- Upsell menu items to increase sales and promote special offers to maximize revenue opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with health regulations
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining spaces, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests
- Manage cash handling accurately during transactions while adhering to cash safety protocols
Experience
- Prior experience in food preparation or working in quick service & fast food restaurants is not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Background in food industry roles such as serving, cashiering, or food handling will support your success in this position
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic math for retail math calculations is advantageous
- Previous restaurant experience or café work helps build a foundation for excelling in this energetic environment
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining high standards of customer service and food quality
