Pay Range: $31.25/hour
Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Corporate Administrator & Office Manager to support the office, while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the corporate office. This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Provide high-level administrative support to the President, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and meeting preparation.

Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.

Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.

Coordinate board meetings, leadership offsites, and confidential projects.

Manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance.

Serve as the point of contact for building management and office services.

Ensure a welcoming and efficient office environment for employees and guests.

Support onboarding logistics for new hires (workspace setup, access, etc.).

Assist with internal communications and company-wide initiatives.

Maintain corporate records, contracts, and compliance documentation.

Support HR and Finance teams with administrative tasks as needed.

Coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities.

5+ years of experience in executive support, office management, or corporate administration.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams).

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
