Sunny Rose Senior Living is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented Medication Technician (Med Tech) to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team.
As a Medication Technician, you'll play an essential role in supporting resident wellness by administering medications safely and accurately while working alongside caregivers and the Wellness Director to deliver exceptional, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities
- Administer medications according to physician orders and California RCFE regulations.
- Accurately document medication administration and resident observations.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to the Wellness Director.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living as appropriate.
- Maintain medication carts, medication records, and supplies.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
- Follow infection control procedures and community policies.
Qualifications
- Previous Medication Technician experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care preferred.
- Must meet California RCFE requirements to administer medications.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the care team.
