Role Summary
This leadership role will be responsible for controlling the guest experience on a nightly basis and ensuring our service standards are being met. You will benefit from our steady stream of loyal clientele, but this hard charger will not sit around waiting for something to go wrong -Proactivity is what we are looking for!

Part sales driver, part service manager, you’ll run point on creating and maintaining guest relationships for current and future revenue growth. Great communicators who know how to push boundaries will thrive in our growing business.
Cactus Canyon is an arm of Circle Star Brands, which was founded in 2019 and is comprised of Rustico Wood Fired Grill, 1845 Taste Texas and Cactus Canyon. Our hands on ownership team has over 60 years of hospitality experience and will never hold you back from growing sales. Known as two of the best restaurants in Flower Mound Texas, Rustico and 1845 are award winning staples in a rapidly expanding Denton County. Cactus Canyon is the newest location for Circle Star Brands, and is an 8,000 square foot Tex-Mex powerhouse that is a hot spot of North Texas.

Position overview
- Highlights: Dinner only concepts, Work/Life Balance, Zero Wokeness
- Work Hours: Full time, 45-50 hours/ week
- Base Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 with a 15% Bonus potential paid monthly
- Benefits: Group Medical, Dental, Vision. 12 Paid Days off annually.
Requirements
- High school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience.
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
- Results driven, trustworthy and team oriented.
- Must be able to lift to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work standing and walking for extended periods of time.
