currently seeking a full-time Executive Director, Hospice Services to provide strategic,
clinical, and operational leadership for our hospice program. The Executive Director is
responsible for driving clinical excellence, operational performance, regulatory
compliance, and quality outcomes while ensuring compassionate, patient- and family-centered end-of-life care. This role oversees hospice operations, interdisciplinary team
performance, budget management, quality improvement initiatives, and community
partnerships.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required
- Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Minimum of five years of hospice or home health experience with strong regulatory
- knowledge
- At least three years of leadership experience in hospice or a related healthcare
setting(CoPs), accreditation standards, surveys, and audit processesenvironmentdelivery, documentation, and interdisciplinary team performancefinancial performancecommunity partners, and interdisciplinary teamsimprovement
- Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations, Conditions of Participation
- Proven ability to provide strategic and operational leadership in a healthcare
- Experience overseeing clinical operations, quality improvement initiatives, care
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets while driving operational and

Pay: From $103,200.00 per year
