Duties
- Set up and prepare manual screen printing stations, including selecting screens, inks, and substrates for each project
- Mix and match colors accurately using color theory principles to achieve desired hues and effects
- Apply designs onto various materials with precision, ensuring consistent quality across all prints
- Maintain and troubleshoot manual screen printing equipment to optimize performance and minimize downtime
- Inspect finished products for defects, color accuracy, and alignment before packaging
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for inks, chemicals, and equipment
- Keep detailed records of print runs, ink formulas, and production notes for quality control
Experience
- Proven experience in manual screen printing or related craft-based printing techniques
- Knowledge of Pantone
- Passion for craftsmanship with an eye for detail, quality control, and aesthetic consistency
