Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety programs tailored to construction site needs, emphasizing risk management and OSHA compliance.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits across multiple construction sites to identify hazards and enforce safety protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure adherence to occupational health standards and NEC (National Electrical Code) requirements.
- Lead safety training sessions for workers, emphasizing OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) best practices.
- Manage incident investigations, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Oversee compliance management efforts by monitoring adherence to local, state, and federal safety regulations.
- Utilize construction management software to track safety metrics, document inspections, and maintain accurate records for audits and reporting.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction site safety management with a strong understanding of OSHA regulations and occupational health principles.
- Knowledge of risk management strategies specific to construction environments.
- Familiarity with NEC standards related to electrical safety on construction sites.
- Experience with workers' compensation processes and claims management.
- Strong background in EHS practices within the construction industry; certification such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional) is a plus.
- Proficiency in construction management software for documentation and compliance tracking.

Pay: $52,713.13 - $103,482.48 per year
