Overview
NexTier Health Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrator to oversee operations within our home care and senior care facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in long-term care management, with a focus on budgeting, supervising staff, and providing exceptional service to our residents. This role requires a compassionate leader who is committed to enhancing the quality of life for seniors, including those in memory care and assisted living environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards in home care and senior care.
- Supervise staff members, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial health of the facility while maintaining high-quality care services.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans for residents, particularly those requiring memory care services.
- Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and satisfaction to continuously improve service delivery.
- Implement training programs for staff on best practices in senior care and social work principles.
- Maintain accurate records related to resident care, staff performance, and financial transactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing operations within home care or long-term care settings.
- Strong understanding of budgeting processes and financial acumen related to healthcare management.
- Experience in supervising teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Knowledge of assisted living regulations and best practices in memory care.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and staff.
- A background in social work is preferred but not mandatory; however, a passion for improving the lives of seniors is essential.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $115,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
