Client Service Representative (CSR):

That's why we are looking to hire a Client Services Representative to ensure that every interaction with our company exceeds our customers' expectations for our growing commercial insurance division. This position serves as a bridge between our customers' needs and our services, striving to not just meet but exceed their expectations. Objectives of this role
· Assist with creating and implementing processes
· Various data entry tasks
· Drive a seamless customer experience that creates positive sentiment for our company
· Develop in-depth knowledge of our services, provide informative support, and tailored recommendations to employers and employees alike
· Collaborate with our VP, Business Insurance Division
· Maintain accurate entry of demographic/participant data into our system
Responsibilities
· Manage client conversations to support a high level of turnaround for requests such as COIs and indorsements
· Answer client inquiries such as simple billing inquiries
· Manages divisional tools such as leads software, and case management tools
· Monitors and notifies renewals as per guidelines
· Provide various clerical and administrative support services.
Required skills and qualifications
· Must have a valid and active Property and Casualty license at time of start with 2+ years of experience
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Friendly and empathetic demeanor
· Exceptional problem-solving ability, backed by good judgment
· Proficiency with MS Excel and other Microsoft office products
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to respond to customer questions
· Ability to collaborate across departments and teams
Preferred skills and qualifications
· Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably handling customer service, care, or success
· Proven track record of delighting customers and exceeding their expectations
· Excellent attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
