What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute innovative merchandising strategies for our diverse portfolio of CPG clients
- Collaborate with our creative team to design eye-catching in-store displays and promotions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and decision-makers
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Participate in brainstorming sessions (often involving impromptu pitch contests and gourmet snack tastings)
- Represent our clients' products at trade shows and industry events (be prepared to charm and dazzle!)
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in CPG sales, merchandising, or related field
