What You'll Be Doing as a Purchase Order Entry / Customer Service Specialist:
- Handle incoming calls and proactively reach out to customers for follow-up.
- Engage in active listening, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate order information in the ERP system.
- Assist with light shipping & receiving responsibilities, including unpacking incoming shipments of product and preparing inventory for processing.
- Utilize your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries effectively.
- Maintain detailed records following professional writing standards.
- Utilize the MS Office Suite to support your daily tasks.
- Collaborate proactively with team members to achieve shared goals.
About You as a Purchase Order Entry / Customer Service Specialist:
