Client Relations Representative:
Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service to our customers by processing sales information through the quotations, order entry and delivery stages for customers.
Duties:
- Perform all duties from a foundation of trust and the highest ethical conduct, following established safety rules, company policies and procedures.
- Receives and processes orders via phone, mail, fax and email.
- Verifies information on purchase orders and provides confirmation to customers in a timely matter.
- Clarifies any discrepancies with customers or sales team.
- Performs customer service duties; maintains and updates files, receives incoming customer complaints, resolves product, quality and shipping issues according to procedures.
-Satisfy customers requests for pricing and information.
- Gain knowledge of products and services to to troubleshoot issues providing a high quality service to our customers.
- Effectively communicate with other departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
