Marketing Coordinator
Full-Time | La Belle® French Bakery | Denver Metro, Colorado
Location: Hybrid (Home Base: Thornton, CO) with regular visits to retail locations, production facility, community events and partner locations.

For the past 10 years, La Belle® French Bakery has been dedicated to bringing authentic French baking traditions to Colorado. What began as a single bakery has grown into a thriving retail and wholesale operation serving thousands of guests and partners across the state.
As we enter our next chapter of growth, we are seeking a Marketing Director who will take ownership of our brand, customer engagement, and marketing strategy. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a well-established Colorado company with ambitious plans for the future.
We are looking for someone who is equal parts strategist and creator—someone who can develop long-term marketing initiatives while also rolling up their sleeves to execute campaigns, create content and bring new ideas to life.
Reports To: Director of Operations
Works Closely With: Executive Leadership, Retail Operations, Production, Finance and Wholesale team.
Position Overview
The Marketing Director is responsible for leading and executing all marketing efforts across La Belle®’s retail, wholesale and community channels.
This role owns the marketing calendar, product launches, seasonal campaigns, digital presence, customer communications, public relations opportunities and brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Success in this role means increasing brand awareness, growing customer engagement, driving revenue through strategic marketing initiatives and ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience across every customer touchpoint.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Brand Leadership
- Own and execute La Belle®’s annual marketing strategy
- Develop campaigns that support retail traffic, wholesale growth and seasonal initiatives
- Maintain and strengthen La Belle®’s brand identity across all platforms
- Identify new opportunities for community partnerships, collaborations, events and customer acquisition.
Seasonal Campaigns & Product Launches
- Build and manage a year-round marketing calendar centered around holidays, seasons and key business initiatives
- Lead product launches from concept to execution.
- Coordinate launch materials across digital, retail, wholesale and in-store channels
- Ensure all marketing activities are organized, timely and executed at a high level
Content & Social Media Leadership
- Lead content creation across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Threads and emerging platforms
- Plan, create and schedule engaging content including photography, reels, stories and video
- Manage community engagement, comments, messages, contests and audience interaction.
- Identify and manage influencer, media and partnership opportunities
Email & Customer Communication
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for both retail and wholesale audiences
- Build automated customer journeys and promotional campaigns
- Maintain consistent communication that strengthens customer loyalty and drives repeat visits
In-Store Marketing & Guest Experience
- Oversee in-store marketing materials including signage, menu boards, display graphics, promotional materials and digital displays
- Ensure marketing initiatives are consistently represented across all locations.
- Support retail teams with tools that help communicate promotions and product stories effectively.
Digital Presence & Reputation Management
- Manage website content, promotions, seasonal updates and customer-facing information.
- Maintain Google Business Profiles and other online listings
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and online engagement as needed
- Ensure accurate and consistent representation of the brand across all digital channels
Analytics & Performance
- Track and report key marketing metrics
- Analyze campaign performance and customer engagement trends
- Provide monthly insights and recommendations to leadership
- Continuously refine strategies based on measurable results

What We're Looking ForThe Right Person Will Be:
- Creative and highly organized
- Passionate about food, hospitality, retail and customer experiences
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects
- Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Strong in both visual storytelling and written communication
- Able to work within established brand standards and business objectives while bringing fresh ideas, creative solutions and new opportunities to the table
- Able to manage multiple brands, as necessary
- Receptive to feedback and direction, with the ability to refine ideas collaboratively and execute them effectively
Preferred Experience
- Marketing leadership, brand management, content creation or related experience
- Social media strategy and content development
- Photography, video production or creative direction
- Email marketing platforms and campaign management
- Graphic design experience using Canva or similar tools
- Website and digital content management
- Marketing analytics and reporting
