Required Qualifications
- Active RN License (State or Compact, as applicable)
- Minimum 1-2 years of recent Medical-Surgical or Acute Care experience
- Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
- Current ACLS Certification (American Heart Association)
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

- Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care for adult medical-surgical patients with a variety of acute and chronic conditions.
- Perform detailed patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress throughout hospitalization.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and treatments while ensuring patient safety and adherence to evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate high-quality patient care.
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical record documentation while complying with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
