- Perform various remodeling tasks, including but not limited to:
Carpentry, flooring, painting and finsh work.
- Tile installation
- Construction inspection to assess the condition of existing structures
- Caulking and sealing joints and seams to ensure water and air tightness
- Electrical work, including wiring and installation of fixtures
- Cabinet installation and assembly
- Blueprint reading to understand project specifications and requirements
- Fabrication of custom components as required
- Proven experience in remodeling or related construction field
- Proficiency in the following skills:
- Construction inspection techniques and best practices
- Caulking techniques for different materials and applications
- Electrical work, including wiring and fixture installation
- Cabinet installation techniques and assembly processes
- Blueprint reading and interpretation for construction projects
- Fabrication skills to create custom components as needed
