CDL-A Local Drivers Needed – Greer, SC!
Universal Logistics is seeking reliable CDL-A drivers for our Greer, SC operation. This is a home-daily position offering consistent schedules, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for both experienced drivers and recent graduates.
Location:
Greer, SC (Terminal 2933)
Compensation & Shifts:
- 2nd Shift: Starting at $24.75/hour
- 3rd Shift: Starting at $25.50/hour
- Time and a half after 40 hours

Responsibilities:
- Operate commercial trucks safely and in compliance with DOT regulations
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Transport freight to assigned destinations on time
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation
- Communicate with dispatch regarding delays or route changes
- Follow routes while adjusting for traffic or weather conditions
- Provide professional customer service
- Keep equipment clean and report maintenance issues
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Clean driving record with strong safety history
- No DUI/OWI in last 5 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in last 3 years
- No more than 1 preventable accident in last 3 years
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Must pass drug screen and background check
- 6 months experience OR recent CDL school graduate (120+ hours)
