We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled Certified Dental Assistant who is passionate about patient care, technology, and holistic health. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to grow within an innovative and rapidly expanding practice.
What You’ll Do
- Assist doctors during a wide range of dental and biological dental procedures
- Take and record patient vital signs, including blood pressure
- Perform venipuncture and collect blood samples for diagnostic testing (required)
- Utilize digital scanners and advanced dental technology
- Support patient education regarding oral-systemic health and wellness
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical excellence standards
- Manage sterilization protocols and infection control procedures
- Coordinate patient flow and support an exceptional patient experience
- Lead and mentor team members when needed
Required Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent certification
- Minimum 5 years of dental assisting experience
- Experience in general dentistry required
- Ability to take and accurately record blood pressure readings
- Experience performing blood draws
- Strong understanding of infection control and sterilization procedures
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
- Experience in holistic, biological, integrative, or wellness-focused healthcare
- Experience with digital scanning technology and 3D printing workflows
- Familiarity with oral-systemic health concepts
- Leadership or lead dental assistant experience
