Alpha Millennial Group is a sales and marketing company that partners with consumer electronics brands to provide retail sales, customer service, and account support. We are seeking an Assistant General Manager to help oversee daily business operations, support team development, and assist in achieving company goals.
This is a full-time, in-person leadership position that combines operational oversight, employee coaching, customer service, and administrative responsibilities.
Position Overview
The Assistant General Manager works closely with the General Manager to support daily operations, oversee team performance, and maintain a productive work environment. This role is responsible for assisting with employee supervision, operational planning, recruiting support, and ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager with daily business operations.
- Supervise and support office and retail team members.
- Coach employees on customer service, sales processes, and company procedures.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees.
- Help coordinate employee schedules and staffing needs.
- Support daily operational planning and workflow management.
- Maintain accurate reports, records, and operational documentation.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace standards.
- Collaborate with department leaders to achieve business objectives.
- Assist with administrative projects and additional management responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous leadership, supervisory, retail management, customer service, or sales management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $77,135.74 per year
