As a Security Officer Patrol Response in Knoxville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and other security-related policies at a commercial real estate location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations, to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns.

Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support authorized access, observe site activity, and document security-related incidents and/or policy violations.

Complete routine reports and activity logs, and relay observations regarding property conditions, tenant concerns, and/or incident details to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
Minimum Requirements:

A guard card and/or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
