Duties
- Safely operate luxury limousine vehicles, ensuring passenger comfort and safety at all times
- Plan efficient routes to meet scheduled pick-up and drop-off times while navigating traffic conditions
- Provide professional and friendly customer service, addressing passenger needs and inquiries with courtesy
- Maintain cleanliness and mechanical condition of the limousine, performing basic vehicle inspections and reporting issues promptly
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle, including handling luggage when necessary
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations during every trip
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance logs
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial driving, shuttle driving or as a delivery driver with a strong safety record
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of limousine operations, including vehicle features and amenities
- Ability to navigate using GPS systems and plan optimal routes efficiently
- Mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance awareness
- Experience driving various vehicles such as box trucks, school buses or bus driving is a plus
- Familiarity with hospitality standards to enhance passenger experience and comfort
