About the Role
As a Warehouse Systems Operations Manager, you will serve as the primary architect for our logistics technology and physical distribution workflows. You will drive operational excellence by optimizing our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and fostering a culture of safety and high performance across the facility.
Responsibilities-
Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and strategic improvement of WMS database structures to maximize throughput.

Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate new system modifications and technical upgrades across the logistics network.

Direct end-to-end warehouse operations, including inventory accuracy, shipping, receiving, and RMA processing.

Optimize labor scheduling and resource allocation to consistently meet operational KPIs and service goals.

Champion a proactive safety culture by managing equipment certifications, forklift training, and facility compliance standards.

Collaborate with production, sales, and purchasing departments to synchronize supply chain activities and resolve material flow bottlenecks.

Execute rigorous cycle counts and month-end reconciliations to ensure 100% inventory integrity.
Qualifications

6+ years of experience managing complex Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

6+ years of professional experience within logistics or warehouse environments.

4+ years of hands-on experience managing IT systems and technical infrastructure.

Proven ability to lead teams and manage large-scale operational projects.

10+ years of deep expertise in WMS administration and logistics strategy.

Advanced proficiency in database management and system configuration.

Strong background in personnel development and safety program management.
