What You'll Do
Welcome patients and families with warmth and enthusiasm
Schedule appointments and keep our daily schedule running smoothly
Answer phones, texts, and emails with professionalism and kindness
Verify insurance benefits and help families understand treatment and financial options
Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
Coordinate with our clinical team to deliver an exceptional patient experience
Help create a fun, positive atmosphere where kids actually look forward to coming to the dentist!
We're Looking For Someone Who...

- Has dental or medical front office experience (preferred, but we're willing to train the right person!)
