About Paramount Pest Solutions
Paramount Pest Solutions is looking for a motivated and dependable Termite Technician to join our growing team. This is a specialized termite position focused heavily on Sentricon® termite system servicing, termite inspections, and conventional termite treatments.
This is not a general pest-control position. Our termite technicians are focused on providing professional, thorough termite protection while developing strong relationships with our customers.
Termite experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic, pays attention to detail, and is committed to learning the termite industry.
The Position
As a Termite Technician, you will be responsible for servicing existing termite accounts, performing inspections, completing conventional termite treatments, and maintaining Sentricon® systems.
Responsibilities include:
- Service and monitor Sentricon® termite baiting systems
- Perform Sentricon inspections, installations, replacements, and follow-up services
- Perform conventional termite treatments, including liquid and spot treatments
- Identify termite activity and conditions conducive to termite infestation
- Enter and inspect crawl spaces and attics as required
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Communicate findings and recommendations professionally with customers
- Manage an assigned route efficiently and independently
- Maintain company equipment and vehicle
- Follow all product label requirements, safety procedures, and applicable regulations
What We're Looking For
- Previous termite or pest-control experience preferred, but not required
- Sentricon experience is a plus
- Must be willing and physically able to work in crawl spaces and attics
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily route
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to obtain and maintain required pest-control licensing
Compensation & Benefits
Pay
- Starting pay of $14/hour
- Starting pay is negotiable based on experience and qualifications
