CANDIDATES:
:MUST REALLY KNOW THE ABDI COMPUTER SYSTEM FOR GATEHOUSE
:MUST HAVE THEIR OWN RELIABLE CAR/ TRANSPORTATION
:MUST HAVE THEIR OWN CELLPHONE
:MUST BE ABLE TO WRITE AND SEND REPORTS THROUGH EMAIL AFTER EACH SHIFT.
:MUST FLUENTLY SPEAK ENGLISH
:MUST BE CLEAN CUT (MALES) NO VISIBLE TATTOOS, NO PIERCINGS OTHER THAN EARS. MUST TAKE OUT EARRINGS WHILE ON DUTY. (MALES)
:MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
:MUST HAVE A VALID CLASS D SECURITY LICENSE
:MUST BE OLDER THAN 25

Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, when necessary.
- Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Assist in conflict management situations with effective communication and de-escalation techniques.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents or investigations.
- Document incidents, observations, and actions taken in detailed reports.
