Position Responsibilities
Direct and oversee daily rehabilitation operations
Lead, mentor, and support therapy staff across disciplines
Ensure high-quality clinical services and positive patient outcomes
Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, and departmental performance
Collaborate with facility leadership, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members
Monitor regulatory compliance and therapy documentation standards
Support program development and strategic growth initiatives
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting using Net Health and PCC
Qualifications
Current licensure as a PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP
Prior rehabilitation management experience required
Skilled Nursing Facility and/or Long-Term Care experience strongly preferred
Experience with Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC) required
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proven ability to motivate teams and drive clinical success
Passion for resident-centered care and team development
