We are looking for a motivated and sales-driven Sales Associate who is passionate about luxury retail and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with high-end products and thrives in a performance-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in-store
- Assist clients with product selection and recommendations
- Drive sales and meet performance targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support product organization and inventory awareness
- Use digital tools and systems for sales processing
Requirements
- Must live near Lexor Miami store
- Bilingual: English & Spanish (required)
- Proven sales experience in watches, sunglasses, perfumes, or jewelry (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on results
- Good computer skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay + Bonus + Overtime (if applicable)
- Hourly Rate Range: $15 – $30 (negotiable based on experience)
