Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Operations Manager role based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The Assistant Operations Manager will support daily facility operations, including supervising vehicle intake and release, coordinating storage logistics, and ensuring presentation-ready conditions across the property. This role will liaise with clients and vendors, schedule and track maintenance and detailing services, and help manage transportation and logistics for vehicles. The position will assist with process implementation, inventory tracking, documentation, and quality checks to uphold safety, security, and service standards. The Assistant Operations Manager will also support team scheduling, staff coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain an efficient, client-focused operation.
Qualifications
- Operations and logistics skills, including facility coordination, workflow management, and vendor scheduling to support daily automotive storage and concierge activities.
- Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with discerning clients, address issues promptly, and maintain clear, timely updates.
- Organizational and administrative skills, such as documentation management, inventory tracking, billing support, and basic data entry or reporting.
- Attention to detail and quality control capabilities, including conducting visual inspections, maintaining presentation standards, and monitoring safety and security procedures.
- Teamwork and leadership potential, with experience supporting staff coordination, training assistance, and fostering a collaborative, service-driven environment.
- Comfort working around high-value vehicles, with a strong sense of responsibility, discretion, and respect for client property; prior automotive, hospitality, or luxury service experience is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site full time in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, including standing, walking, and light physical tasks as needed in a facility environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, operations, hospitality, or a related field is beneficial, as is a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Pay: $50,230.09 - $60,492.14 per year
