Manage student behaviors positively and productively, utilizing the school’s student management systems, restorative
practices, and YPQA framework. If students are not responding positively to redirection, Direct Service Staff can ask for
guidance from the site coordinator and program director.
Ability to provide clear directions in a supportive manner to staff.
Ability to work as a team to implement designed curriculum and enrichment opportunities for students.
Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
Collaborate with Program Director, Site Coordinators, and Family Coordinator to host monthly family nights.
Ability to get van Certified and drive a van with students.
Ability to obtain Food Handlers Permit and First Aid Certification
