Job Description:
Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on dish machines, dispensing equipment, and systems in assigned territory
Conduct service visits and recommend unique programs and solutions to customers. Provide emergency service to existing customers, as needed
Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs
Manage customer balances on account, collecting payment as needed
Position is field based and may require travel outside of the Phoenix area
Assist in the installation of equipment
MinimumQualifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
1 year experience of mechanical service and/or customer service in the food service or hospitality industry-related preferred
Availability to provide periodic on-call emergency assistance to customers which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays
Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
Must be able to communicate effectively and cordially with customers and co-workers

Ability to perform essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to drive service van or designated vehicle as required
Frequent lifting of 30-60 lbs
