Position: Mechanical Foreman / Electrical Journeyman / Electrical Superintendent
Location: Montgomery, AL
Type: Contract-to-Hire / Direct Hire
A rapidly growing commercial construction and operational technology company is seeking experienced Mechanical and Electrical Field Leaders to support commercial building projects throughout the Montgomery, AL area.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of commercial or industrial mechanical/electrical construction experience.
- Experience with commercial building systems including:
- Mechanical rooms
- HVAC
- Piping
- Ductwork
- Pumps
- Motors
- Fans
- Valves
- Equipment installation
- Conduit
- Feeders
- Panels
- Lighting
- Power distribution
- Low-voltage systems
- Strong troubleshooting and field problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
- Leadership or crew lead experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel locally with occasional overnight travel.
Preferred
- Journeyman or Master Electrician License
- EPA 608 Certification
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
- Experience with commissioning, startup, punch lists, BAS, controls, or operational technology.
