We are seeking concrete pump operators with a minimum of two years of boom pump experience to join our team. Ideal candidates will have experience operating all sizes and brands of concrete boom pumps, hold a Class B CDL, maintain a clean MVR, and be drug free. Concrete pump operators will effectively communicate in a positive manner with customers while providing safe operation of equipment. We provide concrete pumping services on a wide range of construction sites utilizing a wide range of equipment sizes.

Responsibilities
- Operate concrete pumps safely and efficiently on construction sites
- Set up and dismantle pumping equipment as required for various projects
- Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate concrete placement and ensure safety of equipment and surrounding personnel
- Perform routine maintenance and checks on equipment to ensure safety and optimal performance
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues with pumps and communicate needs with office and customers
- Clean equipment on a daily basis
- Represent the company professionally and relate to customers in a positive manner
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to and from job sites
- Adhere to all company safety programs and policies
- Complete all required paperwork
- Maintain positive employee relationships

Requirements
- 2 years of concrete pumping experience (required)
- Class B CDL (required)
- Clean MVR and drug free
- Familiarity with commercial driving regulations
- Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective teamwork and communication skills on construction sites
