Position Type

- Experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.

What You'll Do
Home Staging & Design
- Assist with staging and de-staging luxury homes
- Arrange furniture, artwork, rugs, lighting, and accessories
- Help create polished, photo-ready interiors
- Pack, wrap, load, unload, and organize staging inventory
- Maintain our warehouse and staging inventory
- Work efficiently with the staging team to complete installations on schedule
- Help maintain our high standards of quality and presentation
What We're Looking For
- Passion for interior design, decorating or home staging
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Detail-oriented with pride in producing exceptional work
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Able to work quickly while maintaining quality
- Self-motivated and able to follow direction
- Comfortable performing physical work throughout the day
- Able to repeatedly lift and move furniture and décor
- Reliable personal transportation required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Typical hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Must have availability between 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM as projects occasionally run longer
- Approximately 40 hours per week
- No weekends
Compensation
- Hourly pay based on experience and qualifications
