Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Hardware / Software Technician to join our innovative technology support team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting a wide range of IT hardware and software systems across our organization. Your expertise will ensure seamless operation of our IT infrastructure, enhance user experience, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our technological environment. Duties
- · Testing incoming/Outgoing servers and server components
- · Troubleshooting issues with servers and parts
- · Quality control for incoming purchase orders
- · Providing technical remote support assistance to customers (Level 1 & 2 Help Desk Support)
- · Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, tablets, and workstations.
- · Deploy and replace POS systems, kiosks, printers, scanners, payment devices, and peripherals.
- · Install and configure routers, switches, wireless access points, firewalls, and networking equipment.
- · Image, configure, and upgrade Microsoft Windows operating systems and business software.
- · Install Microsoft 365, antivirus, VPN software, and endpoint security solutions.
- · Perform hardware upgrades including SSDs, RAM, docking stations, monitors, and peripherals.
- · Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network connectivity issues.
- · Support Active Directory workstation joins and user account administration.
- · Install structured cabling including Cat5e, Cat6, and fiber patching as required.
- · Install digital signage, menu boards, displays, and related technology.
- · Document work performed using ticketing systems and mobile applications.
- · Maintain inventory accountability and follow customer site procedures.
- · Provide professional customer service while representing the company.

Qualifications
- · High School Diploma or GED required.
- · Associate degree or technical certifications preferred.
- · 2+ years of IT field service or desktop support experience preferred.
- · CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certifications preferred.
- · Experience building and testing PC’s and/or Servers.
- · Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- · Has/Can obtain security clearance for off-site jobs.
- · Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license.
- · Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in commercial environments.
- · Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
