This position is entry level. The employee will train to perform duties such as programming at the machine, set-up, machining parts, and process documentation.
Job experience is preffered, but not required. Starting pay is based on previous experience.
1st shift position (Mon-Fri)
Duties:
- Set up and run CNC mills and lathes with accuracy and efficiency
- Load materials and parts and make necessary offsets or adjustments to maintain part quality
- Read and interpret blueprints, and drawings
- Perform first‑piece inspections on setups and parts as trained
- Optimize production rates while maintaining established quality levels
- Complete accurate documentation including setup sheets, part counts, and production records
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift
- Perform other assigned duties to support machining and production needs
Qualifications:
- Experience with CNC lathes and/or mills is preferred
- Ability to read, interpret, and adjust G‑code programming is preferred
- Proficiency with precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, height stands, and indicators
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Reliable and able to work independently while maintaining quality and productivity

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
