Location: Ephrata, PA
Job Type: Full- time
Payrate: $14/HR
Schedule:
- Monday thru Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM- 4:00 PM
- Sunday: 9:00 AM- 12:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Provide total personal care
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Safe transfers and mobility assistance
- Incontinence care
- Meal preparation and feeding assistance (if needed)
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping
- Companion care and emotional support
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition
Requirements
- Experience providing total care is preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Two valid forms of ID
- Two proofs of residency
- Current TB test (preferred). If you do not have one, you must be willing to complete a TB test.
- Ability to pass all pre-employment requirements

Requirements:
- Must be willing to travel to the client
- Experience with caring for bedbound Clients is REQUIRED
- Hoyer Lift experience is REQUIRED
- Have a negative 2 Step PPD or QuantiFERON Blood Test or Chest X-ray
- 2 Forms of ID (Driver's License or State Issued Photo ID and Social Security Card or Birth Certificate
- MUST have a valid Driver's License (if using car to transport client)
