Responsibilities

- Use specialized equipment for floor care tasks such as buffing, polishing, and stripping to maintain high standards of cleanliness once properly trained.
- Conduct custodial duties like restroom sanitation, window cleaning, and surface disinfecting to promote health and safety.
- Follow established safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report needs for restocking or repairs promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily cleaning schedules efficiently and thoroughly.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning services or janitorial work within commercial or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of custodial procedures, floor care techniques, and industrial cleaning methods.
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as buffers, extractors, and floor scrubbers confidently, or the ability to be trained.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on hygiene standards and safety protocols.
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts.

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
