Pay Rate: Up to $43 per hour

Adroit Care Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Rahway, NJ. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing high-quality, resident-centered care while working alongside a supportive and collaborative healthcare team.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Implement individualized care plans based on resident needs
Perform wound care and other clinical procedures
Monitor and document resident conditions, observations, and interventions
Order necessary medications, supplies, and equipment
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide optimal care
Active LPN license in the State of New Jersey
Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
