As the first and last point of contact for our clients, you will be a critical part of ensuring our premium service standards are consistently met.Position summaryAs a Valet Attendant, your primary responsibilities will include safely and efficiently parking and retrieving guests' vehicles, while providing a warm and professional welcome. You will assist guests with their luggage, provide helpful information about the venue, and ensure the parking area is organized and secure at all times. This role is ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering top-tier service.Key responsibilities
- Greet all guests with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Promptly and safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in designated areas.
- Accurately track vehicle locations and manage keys in a secure system.
- Manage vehicle flow and direct traffic in the valet area to ensure a smooth operation.
- Assist guests with their belongings, such as luggage, to enhance their experience.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with a positive, proactive approach.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, ensuring a welcoming and hazard-free environment.
Qualifications
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check.
- Excellent driving skills, including the ability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions.
- Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining composure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Previous experience in a valet or customer-facing hospitality role is preferred but not required.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
