Summary
The Analytical Lab Technician plays a key support role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and quality of analytical operations within our facility.
Duties and Responsibilities

Preparing samples for analytical testing.

Performing routine equipment diagnostics and assisting in general equipment upkeep, in coordination with the department supervisor.

Monitoring inventory of laboratory consumables and promptly communicating shortages to the supervisor.

Maintaining accurate and organized laboratory records and documentation.

Assisting in the development, testing, and optimization of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the facility.

Participating in ongoing quality control (QC) initiatives and analytical method development.

Collaborating with flavorists and other departments to support day-to-day analytical needs.
Qualifications

A background in analytical chemistry or a related scientific discipline.

Hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation, including Gas Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS), Flame Ionization Detection (FID), and High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC).

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high laboratory standards.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with the Flavor, Beverage, Production, and Sales teams.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
This is a full-time, on-site position based at the company's headquarters. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, evening and weekend work may be required based on business needs.
