What You'll Do:
· Interpret blueprints and plan daily on-site operations
· Oversee crew safety and ensure job site compliance
· Maintain daily project logs, track progress, and identify upcoming needs
· Lead and supervise teams of laborers and finishers
What We're Looking For:
· Minimum 5 years of construction experience, specifically in footings and flatwork
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· Physically capable of performing essential job duties
· Task-oriented with a high level of attention to detail
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
