Position Overview:
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associates to join our team at Bobbie Marie Jewelry. The ideal candidates will learn the permanent jewelry welding process and have a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and maintaining the overall presentation and cleanliness of the store.
Responsibilities:
- Learn the permanent jewelry fitting and welding process
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers based on their preferences and needs.
- Assist customers with jewelry fittings and selections.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and displays.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments and conducting regular stock checks.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and goals.
- Uphold the company's brand image and standards of excellence in customer service.
- Opening and closing store proceedures
Requirements:
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings & weekends.
- Knowledge of jewelry materials, styles, and trends is a plus.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
